1. Mounting a motor
Lighting up a AC bulb is easy for us by riding a bike.
We tested motor in various ways especially to make the connection between motor and the wheel as firm as possible.

Finally we reached the point where we decided to mount the motor around the top part of the wheel.

2. Also last weekend, we tested lighting up as many LEDs as possible to see how many we could light up for visualization. It seems more than 50 LEDs are possible.
The experimentation reminded me ot the flower lab that I did last semester.
It was much easier than that time. It took only about an hour to make the circuit, which took me hours before..

3. Discussion of visualization.
The point of visualization is not about making fancy decoration but showing realistic usage of harnessed energy.
The comparison of AC/DC/Arduino has been done as below.
======================
        Pros                                                      Cons
DC         easy for input( w/o inverter)               Not actual home environment

AC        Can be used for other devices too       No one to ask for trouble shooting
             close to actual home environment

LED     Easy access and trouble shooting        Not actual home environment
           Easy to control

Comment: Mimicking actual home environment seems more effective for
showing how energy can be used in real life.
================================
Finally, we ended up trying to turning on TV and turn on a toaster.
However, toaster requires 800W and inverter only converts 500W max.
There are lists of devices that can be possible such as TV, mixer, VCR, etc.
We will test more devices and discuss effective visualization again.

Tto be continued..
