Yes, it has been a while since I posted this.
As I found more information about healthy vs. unhealthy, good vs. bad food,
I realized that it is not only about picking up organic food but also about my own life style changes.

I was eating same but healthy food for quite a long time and one of my friends at school was listening what I was doing and told me,
"Don't restraint yourself."

Well, I don't have time for looking for and making new menus everyday and yes, I was getting tired of same food.

From March, along with food I make at home, I started to eat food from stores and restaurants and started to eat junks at least once a week on average.

I don't think I can manage eating healthy and organic consistently.
So many information to catch up in this area as well.
However, I don't want to stop it since it never can't be managed if it can't be managed right now.
I don't think I will stop trying to eat organic and healthy after this semester
